Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run bookings and support. Here is exactly what that is.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Bookings — the listing, dates, number of guests and total price of each reservation.
- Listings — if you host: the address, description, photos, price and amenities you publish.
- Support messages — what you write in the support chat, plus the name and email you give us there.
How we use it
- To let you sign in, make and manage bookings, and publish listings.
- To show hosts who is staying and guests where they are staying.
- To answer your support requests.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries, all of them necessary for the site to work:
- Session — keeps you signed in (up to 30 days).
- Support — lets you return to your support conversation without an account (up to 90 days).
- Theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode (stored in your browser).
There are no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
When you book, the host sees your name and booking details. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it only on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Send the request through the support chat while signed in, and we will handle it promptly.
How long we keep it
We keep account and booking data while your account is active, and support conversations for as long as they are needed to help you. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed except where we must keep records by law.
